Category: Hard Lures
The Makippa, as the name suggests, is a new sensation casting blade jig that you simply cast and retrieve. In saltwater scenes, casting jigs are a staple lure due to their casting distance and effectiveness on a wide variety of fish species. However, they can be difficult to impart the desired action or maintain the targeted depth, requiring experience and skill to use effectively.
The Makippa overcomes these difficulties, making it easy for anyone to use with thorough tuning.
After landing, immediately retrieve to target the surface layer. Allow the lure to sink before retrieving to maintain the middle or bottom range, allowing you to target the swimming layer of the fish.
Seabass, Flounder, Flathead, Amberjack, Bluefish (Young Yellowtail), Spanish Mackerel, Greater Amberjack, Aji (Horse Mackerel), Mackerel, Cutlassfish (Hairtail), Red Sea Bream, Black Sea Bream, Rockfish, and many other species.
Keep the Makippa in your saltwater fishing gear, and it will be a valuable asset in any fishing situation.
