Overview

The DEPS Huge Buzzbait Type III is a pioneering lure designed for giant snakehead, establishing the buzzbait as a go-to for monster hunting. Featuring a coaxial, counter-rotating double prop, the Type III boasts exceptional straight-line tracking and rapid start-up, allowing you to effectively target tight productive zones. The unique splash and prop sound, generated by the differently shaped front and rear props, entices wary giant snakehead and ensures a memorable fight.

  • Double Waver Prop: Coaxial, counter-rotating double props provide straight-line tracking. The distinctive shape of the props agitates the water's surface, creating a sweet prop sound and splash infused with fine air bubbles, enhancing its fish-attracting power with a squeak that serves as a key buzzbait sound. The setup also enhances responsiveness, allowing for efficient targeting of narrow productive zones.
  • Wire: The Φ1.4mm hardened stainless steel arm handles the immense power of monster fish. Its arm length is designed to balance obstacle avoidance and quick start-up. The arm design also ensures stable swimming and fast retrieves.
  • Closed Eye: A closed eye design prevents deformation or breakage of the arm caused by the line shifting to the upper or lower arm during fights. Essential for monster fish angling where wire leaders and snaps are common, the closed eye provides superior strength, preventing the lower arm from breaking and ensuring you don't lose your catch.
  • Head Design: Based on the B Custom head with strong water agitation and balance even during fast retrieves, the 1/2oz lightweight design and unique balance setting ensure quick start-up. Note: Use Φ4.8mm crystal eyes for eye repair. If the color you need isn't in the crystal eye lineup, use an available color.
  • Hook: A heavy-wire, long-shank #9/0 hook designed to withstand battles with monster fish exceeding 20kg.
  • Skirt & Skirt Holder: Features a water-entangling and durable silicone flutter skirt. A skirt holder allows you to add silicone skirts (sold separately) when increased volume is needed. Due to the severe damage caused by the sharp teeth of monster fish, it's recommended to keep spare skirts on hand.
