The RAID JAPAN Fat Whip 3-inch is the shortest lure in the WHIP CRAWLER series, yet it commands an outsized presence underwater. Its key feature is a high-density material incorporating approximately three times the salt content of the Fat Whip 5-inch, at the same weight. This allows for a 3-inch body weighing approximately 5g, maximizing its effectiveness with no-sinker rigs.

Body Design

Despite its simple shape, the Fat Whip 3-inch incorporates the classic triangular cross-section of the WHIP CRAWLER series. This design generates a natural, swaying fall, mimicking the movement of baitfish.

A unique slit on the back of the body neatly conceals a #1/0 offset hook. Wacky rigging the lure with the hook point through the central band of the body ensures a steady, horizontal fall while still effectively displacing water.
