APIA H Bait 04 Iwashi

The H Bait has a slim body with a subtle action that blends into the water. However, its unique shape creates a bait-like wave motion. This lure is effective for sea bass and other cautious fish, allowing for a stealthy approach. The newly developed minnow is designed to tackle difficult patterns, including the sayori pattern. By observing the movement of fish, we noticed that each species has its unique characteristics. For example, the sayori's movement is a roll-based wobbling roll, but with minimal wave motion from its body. To replicate this movement, we designed the lure with a slightly swollen tail that creates a wave motion when it receives water flow. The minnow itself has a restrained action, with a slight roll setting for normal retrieval. This makes it suitable not only for sayori but also for other patterns like fallen ayu or slim bait. The lure features a fixed center of gravity system, prioritizing delicate balance. It also comes in a 2-hook version, allowing for further action control.
