About this piece
The Daiwa Gekkabijin Sword Beam 1.7 is a downsized soft plastic worm designed for finicky mebaru (rockfish) and aji (horse mackerel). Its unique hexagonal body and ultra-thin sword tail provide stability and straight-line performance, enabling natural action on the fall and during swimming. Developed under the supervision of young angler Rintaro Iwasaki, this worm excels at fooling large, wary mebaru with minimal self-action.
