The Maria Fla-Pen Blue Runner S115 is a sinking pencil lure designed for saltwater species such as sea bass and Spanish mackerel. It features a unique "Flap" rear vibration system that reproduces the same water displacement as a fleeing baitfish, created by the late founder Kusutaro Yamashita based on his theory of ecological vibration and light. The clear-color 007 Raw Whitebait pattern targets selective feeding "whitebait pattern" conditions when fish key in on that forage.
