About this piece
The Daiwa Gekkabijin Yunagi is a compact pencil bait designed by Rintaro Iwasaki for targeting mebaru (rockfish) in shallow saltwater environments. This 40mm model features an angled floating posture (Sasoi type) that creates a wake on a straight retrieve and performs rhythmic dog-walk and dive actions to actively attract feeding fish. A high-pitched rattle chamber with three glass balls in the head and one steel ball in the rear calls in fish from a distance.
