About this piece
The Issei Bibibi Chu is a creature bait designed by Murakami Haruhiko that reimagines the concept of an 'insect' lure. Modeled after the aquatic nymph (Yago), it balances casting distance with buoyancy for effective topwater presentations. The hollow body features a drainage hole on top to release water that enters during use, and comes with a removable buoyancy insert (approximately 13mm) that can be cut and inserted to maintain stable floatation as the lure ages.
