The Issei Liar Minnow is a soft plastic paddle-tail swimbait designed to mimic a small baitfish. Its symmetrical body can be cut at the slit to alter action, from a steady horizontal swimming with vortex wake to a sliding dart action with rod twitches. Works with a wide range of rigs including jighead, offset hook, and trout hooks for surface twitching.
