The Jackall Scissor Comb 3.8" is an innovative soft plastic creature bait designed by super-local angler Tsutomu Kawashima of Kameyama Dam in Chiba Prefecture. Its most distinctive feature is four pairs of backward-facing arms that, instead of blocking water, produce a fine vibration with a subtle rolling action — even in low current — making it effective even on pressured fish. The compact, tapered bottle-neck body slips easily into cover while generating a lifelike action through a combination of arm vibration, body roll, and a pair of long tails that add a kicking motion on the fall, shake, dead-stick, or slow drag.
