The Jackall Scissor Comb is an unconventional creature bait designed by Tsutomu Kawashima of Kameyama Dam in Chiba Prefecture to catch pressured bass even after heavy fishing pressure. Its most distinctive feature is four pairs of arms mounted in reverse orientation, generating subtle vibration and a slight rolling action on the fall, shake, dead-stick, or slow retrieve.
