The Rumble Bait Haoli Pencil (Sinking) is a 190mm, 112g metal-loaded wooden pencil designed for high-speed twitching, long casts, and aggressive surface-to-sub-surface retrieves. Its precision metal weight integrated into the bottom of the body keeps the lure balanced during sharp action, while the head-wobbling movement (rather than tail action) triggers reaction strikes from pelagic predators.
